Grubbing began at the Phase I Residential Subdivision site on July 9th.
In the February 15, 2018 Council meeting, Council endorsed a motion to authorize Associated Engineering to initiate the design and construction administration of Phase I to include lots 1 through 12 on the north and south side of 54th Avenue and requested an estimate on the cost of developing Lot#14.
In the March 22, 2018 Council meeting, Council approved the development of Lot 14 to be included in the 54th Avenue Residential subdivision.
Phase I of the Residential Subdivision is the development of 13 lots.
Work is expected to continue over the next few months with final pavement of 54th Avenue applied in the spring of 2019.
