Council discussed the following issues at the June 25 Special Council meeting:
54th Street Residential Subdivision Tender
Council awarded the Sedgewick Subdivision – Phase I project to High Mountain Hoe Service at the bid price of $957,612.
Stage Naming Rights
Council approved a five-year agreement with Campbell-McLennan Chrysler for the naming rights of the portable staging system for $25,000. The stage will be used for the first time at the Trooper Concert on July 15th.
Pylon Sign Sponsorship
Council approved a five-year agreement with Sedgewick IDA Pharmacy for light box advertising on the Highway 13 Pylon Sign for $5,000.
Concert Offer
Council directed Administration to submit an offer to an undisclosed Country artist for a November 10th show and authorized a budget of $26,000 to purchase a heavy duty vinyl flooring system with funding to come from Recreation Capital Reserves GL#49700998.
