The Town of Sedgewick has issued an Invitation to Bid for their 2018 54th Avenue Subdivision – Phase I project.  The project includes developing 13 serviced lots along 54th Avenue, a road to be built west of the Sedgewick Golf and Country Club.

The package also includes extending a sanitary sewer main along the north-south section of Spruce Drive which will service adjacent businesses.
